Woke up today ready to ride. Well my legs didn’t feel the same way after Monday’s gym session, they were still recovering and I was ready to ride. So we compromised and only did 40miles on Tuesday which was good because the race is this weekend and I needed to log miles this week.
Now this week i haven’t been logging as many miles as i know i should but its still been a week of leg workouts which still helps the cause when trying to ride 30+ miles on a fixed gear bike.
